to one or more of the member firms of Ernst & Young Global Limited (EYG), a UK private
company limited by guarantee) have known about the Iviewit Liabilities for years and they are alleged to
have concealed the liabilities from Shareholders
and in some instances reorganized to the detriment of Shareholders in
alleged fraudulent transactions which may lead to
